In order to successfully secure your space within any off-plan development, there is time before the date to really understand the product and figure out what best suits you and your family. Below is a set of procedures and processes we go through in order to help you decide and invest in any off-plan development we offer.

First steps

You have the opportunity to register your interest and get in touch with our dedicated sales team to learn more about the development. When you are in touch with an agent, this is an ideal time to visit the sales centre and site to explore the options and get a real feel for the development. If it is in the case of Salta Sibaya, you would be able to identify if you would like to purchase a plot and plan house option within Salta Estate or build your own coastal home within Mt Cotton. Do your admin

Just before your are ready to purchase, especially when it is ahead of a launch, we want to give you time to ensure you have the necessary reservation fee available. Use the time you have ahead of a launch to secure these funds so that you don't have any delays on launch day or when you are ready to purchase. Use this time to consult a Bond Originator and secure the bond you require. Once you have approval, in order to create a seamless process, make sure you have your FICA documents in order. 

The final steps

Your almost there. You will take transfer once your coastal home or plot is ready in accordance with the timelines presented. While you wait, contact your conveyancer to prep the additional payments required during the transfer process. This period may require to be patient as you wait for the date of transfer and take ownership of your home. Be prepared for fun adventures that await!
