Sibaya at a glance

Situated on the breathtaking northern coastline of KwaZulu-Natal is the peaceful Sibaya Coastal Precinct. History

The history of the Sibaya Coastal Precinct itself can be traced back to  over a decade ago when the Tongaat Hulett Development started planning a proposed development zone – breaking ground in 2016.

Location

Sibaya is conveniently located along the M4 and N2, in proximity to prestigious schools, amenities and a host of wonderful attractions and activities.
